About Us

MindBalance Therapy Center is a private outpatient clinic in central Berlin specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and integrative psychotherapy. We serve a diverse client base, including expats and locals, and are committed to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Your Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy sessions (primarily CBT-based) for adults and adolescents

Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and counselors

Participate in regular supervision and team meetings

Your Profile

Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Psychotherapy

Approbation as a Psychological Psychotherapist (or in the final stages of obtaining it)

Proficiency in German (C1+) and ideally fluent in English

Experience with CBT or trauma-focused interventions is a plus

Empathy, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills
